PodcastorAI Affiliate Program Terms

• PodcastorAI refers to the company operating the PodcastorAI platform.
• You refers to the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program.
• Together, PodcastorAI and You are referred to as the "Parties".

• You must provide accurate information in your affiliate application.
• PodcastorAI reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
• Approved affiliates will receive access to their unique referral link via the FirstPromoter platform.

By applying, you consent to receive communications regarding the Affiliate Program via email, phone, or social media, including automated messages.

• Commission: 30% recurring commission for each paying customer you refer, for up to 12 months.
• Cookie: 60-day tracking window.
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD.
• Payout Schedule: Monthly, typically on the 15th.
• Payment Methods: PayPal (primary) and bank transfer (recipient pays transaction fees).
• Plan Changes: If a referred account upgrades or downgrades, your commission adjusts accordingly.
• Cancellations: Commission stops if the referred account cancels.
• Enterprise Plans: Accounts starting on or upgrading to Enterprise plans are non-commissionable.

Affiliates will not earn commission in the following cases:

• Self-referrals or using a fake account.
• Offering cash rebates or other incentives to influence purchases.
• Fraudulent, bot, or malicious traffic.
• Paid advertising or promotion in violation of Section 6.
• Emailing purchased lists or messaging people without consent.
• Misleading or deceptive promotional practices.

• Affiliates may not bid on PodcastorAI branded terms, including "PodcastorAI", "podcastor.ai", or similar variations on any search engine or ad platform.
• Other paid advertising methods may be allowed, as long as they follow the affiliate program terms and do not misrepresent PodcastorAI.
• Organic promotion is recommended: tutorials, blogs, reviews, newsletters, social media content, communities, and other non-deceptive methods.

• Affiliates must not impersonate PodcastorAI or misrepresent the product.
• Brand usage (logos, screenshots) must comply with PodcastorAI guidelines.
• Affiliates may promote through general channels, such as tutorials, blogs, reviews, newsletters, and social media posts.

• All referrals must use the unique affiliate link provided via FirstPromoter.
• Last-click cookie model: the most recent cookie within 60 days determines attribution.

• Commissions are only earned on completed payments.
• If a referred account issues a refund or chargeback, the commission will be deducted from your future payouts.

• Your participation begins when your application is approved or you accept these Terms.
• Either Party may terminate at any time.
• Violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or breach of policies may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
• The program may terminate automatically if no commission is earned over a 12-month period.

PodcastorAI reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms, along with PodcastorAI Terms of Service, represent the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the Affiliate Program.
