User content including scripts, text prompts, audio recordings, voice data, images, videos, digital host/avatars, backgrounds, and any other content you upload, submit, or create through the Services. We may retain and process this content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Services. Payment information such as limited payment details necessary to process transactions, including billing name, address, and last four digits of payment cards. Payment processing is conducted by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers. Communications information included in your inquiries, support requests, or other communications with us.

Information Collected Automatically: Device information such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language preferences, and referring URLs. Log and usage data including pages viewed, session duration, feature interaction, and error and crash reports. Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from Third-Party Sources: When you use third-party login services (e.g., Google Auth), we may receive certain authentication and profile information. 3. AI Features and Content Processing

Our Services provide AI-powered content generation and processing, including text, audio, and video generation; voice cloning and TTS; and digital hosts/avatars creation and lip-sync technology.

To provide these features, we process user-provided data and generate content as you direct. Some content may be used for internal testing, security monitoring, abuse prevention, and product improvement, including model training and evaluation.

Note: We do not intentionally collect, extract, or process biometric identifiers or biometric information from your content unless explicitly disclosed. Uploaded images or videos are processed as user-provided content for the purpose of generating and rendering requested outputs, and not for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person.
